الأذان لا يعمل والتطبيق مغلق
بعض الأجهزة — خاصة أوبو وشاومي وهواوي وريلمي — تُغلق التطبيقات إغلاقًا تامًا حين تمسحها من قائمة التطبيقات المفتوحة، والتطبيق المُغلق قسريًا لا يصله أي منبّه، وهذه قاعدة في نظام أندرويد نفسه لا خلل في التطبيق. الحل أن تدخل إعدادات النظام ← البطارية، وتسمح لزاد بالعمل في الخلفية وتستثنيه من توفير الطاقة. وتجنّب مسحه من قائمة التطبيقات المفتوحة.
يصلني إشعار الأذان لكن بلا صوت
افتح إعدادات النظام ← الإشعارات ← زاد، وتأكد أن الصوت مسموح لقناة المؤذّن الذي اخترته. كل مؤذّن له قناة مستقلة لأن أندرويد لا يسمح بتغيير صوت قناة بعد إنشائها، فلو غيّرت المؤذّن قد تحتاج إلى ضبط القناة الجديدة مرة واحدة.
مواقيت الصلاة لا تطابق مسجد الحيّ
المواقيت تُحسب بطريقة فلكية تختلف باختلاف الجهة التي تعتمدها الدولة. ادخل الإعدادات ← طريقة الحساب واختر الطريقة المعتمدة في بلدك، ثم تأكد من أن المدينة المختارة هي مدينتك فعلًا.
البحث الصوتي يقول إنه غير متاح
هذه الميزة تحتاج خدمة التعرّف على الكلام من نظام جهازك. على أندرويد تأتي عادة مع تطبيق Google، فتأكد أنه مثبّت ومُفعّل. وتأكد أيضًا من أنك سمحت لزاد باستخدام الميكروفون من إعدادات النظام.
التلاوة تتوقف حين أنتقل بين الشاشات
لا يُفترض أن يحدث ذلك؛ التلاوة تستمر عبر التطبيق كله، ويظهر لك شريط تشغيل صغير أعلى القائمة السفلية. إن توقفت التلاوة عندك فتلك مشكلة أودّ أن أسمع عنها.
حذفت التطبيق فهل تضيع إعداداتي
نعم. كل شيء محفوظ على جهازك وحده ولا نسخة منه عندنا، فحذف التطبيق يمسح إعداداتك وموضع تلاوتك نهائيًا. تفاصيل ذلك في سياسة الخصوصية.

The athan does not play when the app is closed
Some phones, Oppo, Xiaomi, Huawei and Realme in particular, fully stop an app when you swipe it away from recents, and a force-stopped app receives no alarms at all. That is a rule of Android itself rather than a fault in the app. Open your system settings, go to Battery, allow ZAD to run in the background and exclude it from power saving. Avoid swiping it out of recents.
The athan notification arrives but makes no sound
Open system settings, then Notifications, then ZAD, and check that sound is permitted for the channel of the muezzin you selected. Each muezzin has its own channel because Android does not allow a channel's sound to be changed after it is created, so switching muezzin may mean adjusting the new channel once.
Prayer times differ from my local mosque
Times are calculated astronomically, and the result depends on the authority a country follows. Go to Settings, then Calculation method, and pick the one used where you live, then confirm the selected city is really yours.
Voice search says it is unavailable
The feature relies on your system's speech recognition service. On Android it normally arrives with the Google app, so check that it is installed and enabled. Also confirm that you granted ZAD the microphone permission in system settings.
Recitation stops when I move between screens
It should not. Recitation continues across the whole app, and a small player bar appears above the tab bar. If it stops for you, that is a problem I would like to hear about.
If I delete the app, do I lose my settings
Yes. Everything is kept on your device alone and we hold no copy, so deleting the app clears your settings and your place in the recitation for good. The privacy policy explains this in full.
